Common Phrases used while Shopping - Part 2

As part of the situation series, let's continue our learning how to converse in Tamil or Telugu while shopping in a new place.

English: Not so costly.
Tamil: Avolo adhikamana vilaila vendam.
Telugu: Antha adhithika dharalo vodhu.

English: I do not want this colour.
Tamil: Enaku indha colour (nirathula) vendaam.
Telugu: Naaku ee colour (rangulo) vodhu.

English: It is faded.
Tamil: Idhu fade (thenji) poyiruku.
Telugu: Idhi fade (ksishinchi) aayundhi.

English: This is good/bad.
Tamil: Idhu nalla iruku/illa.
Telugu: Idhi baagundhi/baagaledhu.

English: It is very good/bad.
Tamil: Idhu romba nallairuku/nallailla.
Telugu: Idhi chaala baagundhi/baagaledhu.

English: Quite cheap.
Tamil: Romba malivaa iruku.
Telugu: Chaala thakuvaga indhi.

English: Will it shrink?
Tamil: Shrink Aaguma?
Telugu: Shrink Avuthundha?

English: Can you recommend a good shop for shoes.
Tamil: Neenga oru nalla shoe kada recommend panringala.
Telugu: Meeru okka manchi shoe dukaanam recommend chestaara.

English: Bata shoes are quite reliable.
Tamil: Bata shoes ah nambalaam.
Telugu: Bata shoes ni namachu.

English: Can you please show me that item?
Tamil: Neenga andha porula (item) kaaturingala?
Telugu: Meeru aa vastuni (item) chupisthara?

English: Is the shop far away?
Tamil: Indha kada (shop) romba dhoorama iruka?
Telugu: Ee dhukanam(shop) chaala dhooranga undha?

English: How much for a pair?
Tamil: Enna vela oru jodi?
Telugu: Entha dhara okka jata?

English: How much is this item?
Tamil: Indha porul yenna vilai?
Telugu: Ee vasthu emi dhara?

English: This item costs 100 rupees.
Tamil: Indha poruloda vilai 100 rubai.
Telugu: Ee vasthuoka dhara 100 rupaayalu.

English: Is there any discount for this item.
Tamil: Indha poruluku edhachum discount iruka.
Telugu: Ee vasthuvuki emaina discount undha.

English: Is there any guarantee or warranty for this item?
Tamil: Indha poruluku guarantee or warranty iruka?
Telugu: Ee vasthuki guarantee or warranty undha.

English: Sorry, there is no guarantee or warranty for this item.
Tamil: Mannichukunga, indha poruluku guarantee or waranty illa.
Telugu: Shaminchandi, ee vasthuvuki guarantee or warranty ledhu.

English: Where is the payment counter?
Tamil: Payment counter enga iruku?
Telugu: Payment counter ekkada undhi?

English: Please give me the bill.
Tamil: Dhayavu senji bill kodunga.
Telugu: Dhaichesi bill ivvandi.

English: The error amount would be adjusted.
Tamil: Error amount adjust aayidum.
Telugu: Error amount adjust aayipothundhi.

English: Please give me the balance amount.
Tamil: Micha kaasa kodunga.
Telugu: Migatha dabbulu ivvandi.

English: Your customer service is really nice. I am very happy.
Tamil: Ungaloda customer service romba nalla iruku. Enaku romba samthoshama iruku.
Telugu: Mee customer service chaala baagundhi. Naaku chaala santhoshamga undhi.

English: Thanks for shopping. please do visit again.
Tamil: Shopping pannadhuku romba nandri, meedum vaanga.
Telugu: Shopping chesindhaaniki chaala santhosham, malli raavaali.

Please note certain words I would have mentioned the English words while translating, as these words are been used quite common in the day to day life in the local language too.
